Rest assured there will be no surprises when it comes to our management fees.

We set our fees at 17.5% which covers all the essential and time consuming tasks of running any homestay rental.

With that said, we do charge a one-time setup fee (minimum $150) which will cover the various processes required to get your property ready for market and will, in turn, vary in price depending on how ready your property is.

If you would like to include any of our more bespoke services, these can be added at anytime at a set rate.
